TERMS OF SERVICE• Please read this entirely and carefully.
• If you are not comfortable with my Terms Of Service and/or are not willing to agree to the conditions, then that's okay! You don't have to commission me!Open Communication is encouraged for all commissions.PAYMENT
I only accept USD
Half payment is required upfront before commission starts OR full payment upfront is acceptable as well.
If the client paid half upfront, the final product will not be given until the other half of the payment is received.
I will not accept any other form of payment but what was mentioned which is PayPal or through Kofi

Maintain the right to post my work in any form.
Maintain the right to post commissions to my social media for advertising. HOWEVER, if the client wishes for me to not post said commission then I will not, this also includes tagging you as the client in the post.
Maintain the right to turn down any commission for any reason.You, as the Client...
Will NOT reprint your commission for a profit.
Will NOT use my art to train AI art.
Will NOT be sold or minted for NFTS.
Will NOT claim the work as you own.
May print your commission for personal use.
May edit, crop, and resize the art I give you. However, I require you to still credit me for the piece.
May post the work to your own website/social media, but should credit or link back to me.REFUNDS
A full refund will be given if I have to drop the commission for whatever reason.
half refunds will be given and are available for stages up to the sketching or coloring stage.
If the commission is close to near completion when a refund is asked, there will be a half refund and the product of said commission will be unavailable to the client and remain incomplete.You will be informed and provided pictures of each phase of the commission. You will also be regularly asked within the phases if anything should be tweaked or changed. It's highly encouraged to speak your thoughts!
Requested changes to posing/design are limited in the sketching and /or coloring phase only. Any big changes requested after the sketching phase will be charged $2 extra or more depending on the extremity of the change that was requested.
I withhold the right to deny if the change is far too big.
